Project Pioneer will be developing Distance Learning programs and strategies for Colégio Bandeirantes in São Paulo, Brazil, to model the new educational paradigm we are entering. We will be partnering with Merlintec Brazil to develop educational uses for object-oriented based computers, to empower students at a deeper level and to allow them more control of their learning.
We will also be developing online activities together with Earth to Class at the Institute for Learning Technologies at Columbia University and Lamont Doherty to integrate research data with classroom uses and teacher training.
