To use this forum.

1. The first step is to register.
2. Just go to the top menu, where you have several options, and choose Register.
3. A new page will open up with a form.
4. Fill in the required spaces and press the button on the bottom.
5. You will have then created your User Profile.
6. The next step is for you to Log In.
7. Just choose Login in the top menu, put in the username you chose, as well as the password, and you're in!

You will now see a page with the different discussion topics. You can choose a topic to participate in just by clicking on it. Once in that topic, you will see a list of messages that already have been posted. You can choose to either post a new message (menu on the top right hand corner), or look at the message by clicking on it. If you click on the message, the full content will be displayed. You can then choose to reply to that message, or post a new one not related specifically to that one. People can reply to the messages you post, thus making a discussion thread.

I suggest the teams make a specific thread for their discussions, and then just reply to that thread. That way it will become easier for you to organize your resources and follow what has already been said and/or decided. 

The forum is pretty self-explanatory. Don't be afraid to explore a little. Click around until you feel confident you know how it works and how you can use it.
