Problems in low pressure

The professions would be made by the most brilliant minds of each country, all the countries would have to order at least a professional of each area. It is worth to stand out that the professionals would have to be multidisciplinados, because that would be important in a case of emergency. General organization of the colony 
1. Atmosphere: similar to the one of the Earth or of Mars?

Questions done in this period

- One of the main components of the Martian soil is the oxide of iron. If we react this composed with with flúor we will have the formation of fluoride of iron III and óxigênio (that is what needed). Evaluation of the evolution of the work process - stage 1 - general researches 
 
With base in 72 and-mails analyzed in this third report, changed among the days 3 seven of December, it is noticed that the students are researching on different subjects with a lot of enthusiasm, but that are not still giving the due value to the references of researches. A lot of opinions exist on the several subjects, and even inferences on the part of the students, but few documents bring references and they are therefore, scientifically correct here. 
 
In this stage, the teachers started to interfere more directly in the resolution of doubts, indicating sites and answering to subjects that appeared in stages previous to the this. Besides, there was a strong orientation with relationship to the need of if they mention the references, and that should continue until that the participants get used with this important norm. 
 
With relationship the organization of the colony, an interesting aspect went to discussion on behalf of environment, he/she is due or not to be similar to it of the Earth. At this time, some students started to rethink which it would be the Real objective of colonizing Mars, in the sense of placing the humans in contact with an ambient one really different to the of the Earth, to verify several alterations. 
 
With relationship to the colonists' feeding, several alternatives appeared, among them rations and victuals transgênicos, which are being now quite discussed in the media. Some students showed its imaginary ones relative to the use of the transgênicos, and they were positioned against the use of the same ones, very probably reflecting the current posture of the own society in that live. 
 
In the transport part, very already discussed in the report 2, an important dice appeared during the changes of messages.  It is noticed that the imaginary of the students relative to this means of transportation it is very strong, to their point they really believe that the same is not possible in a future very distant, same being totally the current reality unfavorable in this sense. 
 
With relationship to aspects of group dynamics, in some moments, it is observed that the students change its opinions starting from information and the colleagues' arguments, fact that it evidences the importance of the work in group and of the constant communication among the participants for the evolution of ideas in the project. The students' good part already defined its area of researches, in agreement with personal likeness and interest for specific subjects.
