Mars Millenium WebQuest Evaluation
You should have three concrete products by June 2000:
Team PowerPoint Presentation: Your team’s position and research results. These should follow the template:
Model of the Colony using Inspiration software
Virtual Colony using Self/R programming language
Mars Millennium WebQuest Rubrics
These rubrics were prepared by highly qualified professionals to help their students in preparing their portfolios and projects. I have selected the ones I thought would be most helpful in guiding you as you prepare your own presentations on your ideas for the Mars colony. Print them out and consult them as you are working on your research and presentations. You will find they are very useful in telling you what is expected of a good research and scientific reporting. Use them to evaluate yourselves as you work on your projects.
These rubrics were designed for you to measure how you're doing your work. Use them as a checklist to see what level your work would be considered. Have them always with you to consult as you try to decide how you're going to prepare your presentation.
